Ah, sweet summertime! There is nothing better than fresh vegetables from the garden.
I’m still living the Keto lifestyle. I’m down 24 pounds total and pretty much stalled there. I need to get back to strictly tracking my daily intake and ease up on the Keto sweet treats and I’m sure I’ll get back on the downward slide. The fresh summer veggies and herbs make it easy to make Keto friendly summer meals full of flavor that the whole family enjoys which makes my journey easier.
You’ll find that my dinner menu is Keto friendly. While I promise, most every recipe I try is delicious, if you don’t want the higher fat, low carb. meals, you can simply use the dinner ideas below and create your own regular/lower fat versions.
